Let’s get started…

Link building is the process of getting other websites to link back to your website. All business owners should be interested in building links to drive referral traffic and increase their site’s authority.

Why Are Links So Important?

As we know that Google’s algorithms are complex and always evolving, but backlinks remain an important factor in how every search engine determines which sites rank for which keywords. Building is one of the most important factors which used in search engine optimization (SEO) because links are a signal to Google that your site is a quality resource worthy of citation.
Therefore, sites with more backlinks tend to earn higher rankings.

How You Can Build a Link to The Site

There are two ways to build links to your site one is the right way and another is the wrong way. If you care about the long-term viability of your site and business then you should only engage in natural link building. Which means the process of earning links rather than buying them or otherwise achieving them through manipulative tactics.

Natural link building is a difficult and time-consuming process but it is good for the long term. Not all links are created equal, a link from an authoritative website like the wall street journal will have a greater impact on your rankings of the search engine result page (SERP) than a link from a small or newly build website but high-quality links are harder to come by.
If you are building links to your website in the wrong way then this is a violation of Google guidelines, and it will impact your website so always try the right and safe way.
Today I will teach you how to build quality links that improve your organic rankings without violating Google guidelines.

Why Link Building Is Important for SEO

Link building is important because it is a major factor in how Google ranks web pages.
In other words, webmasters can improve the rank of their sites by increasing the number of high-quality sites that link to their pages.
One of the ranking factors Google will look at in determining how to rank our respective pages is link popularity.
Let’s understand with an example of how link popularity increases ranking.
Let us suppose there are three people who have websites A, B, and C. Website “A” get linking from sites 1, 2 & 3. Website “B” get linking from sites 4, 5, 6 & 7. While website “C” gets linking from sites 8, 9 & 10.
Then website “B” has a better chance of ranking because they have more links to their site.

The above example provides a general visual understanding of why link building is important.

The most important concept to understand is that, as Google says, you are more likely to have your content rank higher for keywords you are targeting if you can get external websites to link to your pages.

Link Building Strategies: How to Get Other Sites to Link to You Website

There are various factors of link building strategies used to get external websites to link to yours.
Content Creation and Promotion – Create unique and high-quality content that people will naturally want to reference and link to and tell people about it. You have to spread the word before you can expect anyone to find your content and link to it.
Reviews and Mentions – Put your product and service in front of Influencers in your industry such as popular bloggers or people with a large social media following.
Links from friends and partners – Ask your friends and partners to link to your site. Remember that relevance matters, links from sites that are in the same general industry or niche as your site will have value than links from random.
It will help you to build a lot of links, but be patient and remember that shortcuts like buying links are against Google’s guidelines and can be devasting for your SEO. So, don’t take a chance.

Build Links for Free with Internal Link Building

Here is some way by which you can build a link with internal link building, there are a few key factors to consider:

Anchor Text Link Building
Anchor Text One of the most important things search engines take into account in ranking a page is the actual text linking page user to talk about your content which is anchor text. Anchor text plays an important role in the ranking page. So, if someone links to your website A with site link C that will help you to rank highly for that keyword phrase.
Anchor text is the visible and clickable text in a hyperlink. In modern browsers, it is often blue and underlines such as this link to the everything In Google homepage.
Quality of the Linking page – Another factor of internal link building taken into account if the quality of the page that is sending the link, search engines allow links from high-quality trusted pages to count more in boosting rankings than questionable pages and sites.

Page the Link is Aimed at – I have seen many times, when people talk your site, they will link to the home page. This makes it difficult for individual pages to achieve high rankings because it so difficult for them to generate their own link equity.

These are all the elements we can not control in attempting to get other sites to link to us. However, control all of these elements in linking to our pages form our own content. Wen can:

Don’t do this – Black Hat Link Building

If you’re doing work on link building, then you must know about black hat link building.

Black hat SEO and link building is any practice that goes against Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.

In other words, you can say that build link building by done illegal way, they’re probably back hat.

Does that mean you should avoid black hat link building altogether?

That’s a choice only you can make. I personally don’t recommend black hat link building. But it’s totally up to you.

Whether you’re a white hat or black hat SEO, you do need to know the penalties by Google.

So, let’s understand briefly:

Google Penguin

What is Google Penguin?

An algorithmic penalty that specifically targets sites that use spammy link building techniques (like shady guest posting and blog comment spam).

How to Avoid it:

Do only genuine work, like white hat links. There’s data to show that you can dodge Penguin by minimizing the exact match anchor text. That said, the easiest way to avoid Google penguin is to avoid shady links (regardless of anchor text).

Unnatural Links

What are unnatural links:

An unnatural link from someone at Google. Unlike penguins, Google will send you a message via Google Search Console.

How to Avoid It:

No one outside of Google knows how sites get targeted for manual penalties. My opinion is that an algorithm spots a website that’s potentially gaming the system. And they bubble that side up to someone at Google for a manual review. So, the best way to avoid a manual penalty is to have a clean link building technique.

Also, unlike with penguin, you can recover from a manual penalty by disavowing links and filling a reconsideration request.

Now it’s your turn:

So, in this article, I discuss all Link Building for SEO, like for high-quality link building what you need to do and what you don’t need to do.

Just follow all the step which I discussed above, and implement on your site.

And your website traffic will grow up.
