There are two methods to install and activate the Elementor website builder (Free). First download the HTML file and upload it to WordPress dashboard. Second Install it from WordPress dashboard and activate it.
Here’s I’m going to discuss both methods one-by-one.

Go to WordPress dashboard > Plugin (from left side menu) > Add New > Search Elementor > Install (Elementor Website Builder) > Activate.

- General Settings for current page such as Title, Status, Featured Image, and Page Layout

Create A New Page with Elementor Editor
Creating a new page in WordPress with Elementor editor is very simple process. You have to follow few steps to create a page.
Here’s I’m going to show you how you can create About us page for your website.
- Go to WordPress dashboard
- Click Pages (from left-side menu) > Add New
- Name your page
- Click Edit with Elementor
- Now write content and click publish.
You can also import pre-built templates page like About us, contact us, etc. To do this click Add template.
Once you click add template, a new page will open where you can see different pages. Select anyone template that you want to import. Here I’m creating about us page so I’m selecting beauty salon – About page.
📝 Note: To insert the page just hover the cursor on that page, you will see “Insert” option, click on it.
When you click on Insert, a pop-up will open where you tap on Yes.
Now out template is imported. You can start editing and customizing your page design according to your needs.
Every website has three main building blocks: Sections, Columns, and Widgets.
Sections are the largest building block, and inside them are groups of columns. Columns sit inside of sections and are used to house the Widgets. Widgets are placed inside of columns.
